- CLEARING THE VEGETATION ON THE CF LINES, TO ENSURE FREE PASSAGE GAUGE, THE VISIBILITY OF SIGNALS ON THE CF LINES AND TO ENSURE THE VISIBILITY ROUND AT LEVEL CROSSINGS WITH THE RAILWAY
present, on the CF lines administered by CNCF CFR SA there are areas where the vegetation cabundant rescue enters the gauge of the railway, and in other cases it blocks the visibility in the current line, at level crossings or in the area of CF signals, for this it is necessary to take measures to remedy the situation. Because of this aspect, the visibility of the signaling installations isis reduced, the technical overhaul of the track cannot be carried out under appropriate conditions, the personnel from the maintenance of the line and the signaling installations do not have the possibility to withdraw from the gauge of the CF line in an appropriate way when the trains pass, the visibility at the level crossings is dimined, there is a danger of road accidents. In order to combat and prevent the spread of the weed Ambrosia artemisiifolia (with a harmful, extremely allergic effect), also present on the railway embankments, integrated and concrete eradication measures are required (uprooting, repeated mowing, destructionwith agricultural tools).During torrential rains and heavy snowfalls, the vegetation leans and enters the gauge of the CF line.
