- The objectives of the Framework Agreements/subsequent contracts are the provision of consultancy services for accessing and implementing projects with European funding for:
Investment projects in the electricity distribution network and Investment projects in the natural gas distribution networkural - Lot 1, respectively:
Projects to increase the skills of employees, innovative projects and regarding unregulated energy solutions - Lot 2,
depending on the investment plan of the contracting entity and in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications no. 38475 of 24.06.2022 and docthe attached documents.
Clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation will be sent 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers, and the contracting entity's response to these requests will be sent on the 11th day before the fixed deadlineit for the submission of offers in accordance with art. 173 of Law 99/2016. EC will only respond to clarification requests addressed by economic operators until the established deadline.
