- The object of this Contract is the delegation of tasks and responsibilities to the Operator/Operators regarding the actual provision of the Public Transport Service within the administrative-territorial radius of Hunedoara County, including the right and obligation to administer and exploitthe transport infrastructure related to the service.
The service includes a number of 3 routes structured in group 7, as follows:
Group 07 3 routes:
Route 045: PETROŞANI-HAŢEG-DEVA
Route 046: LUPENI-PETROțANI-DEVA
Route 047: PETROŞANI-HAŢEG
The Contracting Entity reserves the right to asupplements, in accordance with the legislation on sectorial acquisitions, the quantity of services, without organizing a new award procedure, in the event that it becomes necessary to extend routes, introduce additional routes or new stations.
NOTE: The number of days before the deadline- the limit for receiving the Offers until the Bidders can request clarifications: 18 days. The number of calendar days before the deadline for the receipt of Offers at which the Contracting Entity will respond to requests for clarification 20 and 10 days before the deadline established onfor submitting bids in the tender notice. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
