Description: The object of the procurement procedure consists in "Non-illuminated fiber optic rental services" between the locations, the estimated lengths and the number of wires required are defined in the table in Annex 1 "List of required fiber optic routes" in this specification. Non-illuminated optical fiber is a monthly rental service for optical infrastructure (pair of non-illuminated optical fibers), provided by the provider, laid overhead or in an underground telecommunications pipeline, for the connection of SDEE-TN premises listed in Annex 1 of the booklet of loads, without installation costs from the purchaser.
Through this service, the provider guarantees the beneficiary the right to use the communication medium consisting of optical fibers provided by the provider, as well as their integrity and availability.
