- The object of the contract is the design and execution of works for the construction of the Reghin Bypass Variant.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority established that the term luntil which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. According to Frthe records of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline for responding to clarifications does not affect the right of economic operators to address requests for clarification during the entire period that elapses from the moment of publication of the Notice ofParticipation also until the deadline 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers established by the Contracting Authority. However, considering the fact that the Contracting Authority has the obligation to respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification, sens in which it must allocate a reasonable term for processing requests for clarification and formulating the answers that are required, at the first deadline for answering clarifications the Contracting Authority will respond to all requests for clarification addressed by economic operators... - Documents :
