  • The services that are the subject of the purchase are post-warranty and technical support services for the AC videoconferencing platform, necessary to maintain the current level of availability of the services provided within the videoconferencing platform and to maintain the latest software versionsborne by the manufacturer and the conservation of existing capacities. The purchase will materialize by concluding 5 framework agreements, one framework agreement for each of the lots presented below:
    Lot 1 - POST-GUARANTEE SERVICES AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR SOFTWARE INFRASTRUCTURE COMPONENTS TIP A1;
    Lot 2 - POST-GUARANTEE SERVICES AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR TYPE A2 SOFTWARE INFRASTRUCTURE COMPONENTS;
    Lot 3 - POST-GUARANTEE SERVICES AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR TYPE A3 SOFTWARE INFRASTRUCTURE COMPONENTS;
    Lot 4 - POST-GUARANTEE SERVICES AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR INFRASTRUCTURE COMPONENTSRÄ‚ HARDWARE TYPE B1;
    Lot 5 - POST-GUARANTEE SERVICES AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR HARDWARE INFRASTRUCTURE COMPONENTS TYPE B2.
