Description: The purpose of this award procedure is the acquisition of a modular system of experimental enclosures (MCSE), according to the requirements of the specifications and related documents. The modular enclosure system for experiments is required to perform experiments in the E7 experimental area of ELI-NP, using 1/10 PW laser beams produced by HPLS and gamma beams.
Pursuant to the provisions of art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, the interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information addressed by economic operators, on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, according to art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, with the amendments and co ... - Documents :
