Services Description: Acquisition of security services for 15 RAR-RA representations, from the Transylvania area, according to the technical requirements provided in the specifications.
A. According to the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016, amended by GEO no. 107/2017 [hereinafter referred to as “Law 98”, including with subsequent amendments and completions] and of art. 103 para. (1) of the Methodological Norms to Law no. 98/2016, approved by GD no. 395/2016 and amended by GD no. 419/2018 [hereinafter referred to as the "Rules", including subsequent amendments and completions], any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, subject to a deadline of 18 days prior to the deadline for submission of tenders;
