Description: Authority for the Surveillance and Protection of Animals intends to purchase food for dogs accommodated in ASPA shelters in the quantities provided in the specification in order to fulfill the object of activity, namely the management of stray dogs by concluding a framework agreement over a period of a year. The frequency of subsequent contracts will be monthly / quarterly depending on the funds with this destination. The delivery of products will be made according to the provisions of the specifications. br The number of days to which bidders may request clarifications before the date-limit of tenders: seven days.
