- The award will be made in batches, as follows:
-Batch 1 wreck auction services: obtaining, on the basis of a specialized online auction platform, a value offer for damaged vehicles that have been classified as total economic damage and which the Beneficiary, respectively the Guarantee Funde of the Insured, is obliged to capitalize on them in compliance with the legal provisions in force, respectively Law no. 132/2017 regarding the mandatory auto civil liability insurance for damages caused to third parties through vehicle and tram accidents, Norma A.S.F. no. 20/2017 on insurancecars from Romania, Law no. 213/2015 on the Guarantee Fund of the Insured with subsequent amendments and additions and Norm 24/2019 on the Guarantee Fund of the Insured with the subsequent amendments and additions;
-Lot 2 vehicle estimate calculation services: purchase of aspecialized system (computer application) that allows:
making and issuing calculations (estimated quotations) by damage inspectors within the FGA;
verification of the repair estimates prepared by the repair units related to the payment requests submitted by the creditorsigurations or their proxies;
issuing directly from the IT application the Minutes of ascertaining the damage on the occasion of the opening of the claim file based on the request to open the claim file submitted to the Insured Guarantee Fund by the insured creditors... - Documents :
