The acquisition hasas the object of concluding a framework agreement with a duration of 48 months for Services for evaluating managerial potential, evaluating managerial skills through the 360 feedback method and developing the leadership skills of management staff / heads of departments and successorstheir potential at the CNE Cernavoda Branch. The deadline in which the contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarifications / additional information: the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers, insofar as the requests for clarifications or informationadditional requests were addressed within the stipulated period. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests addressed by the operatoreconomic times until the established deadline.
