- Economic operators will be able to request clarifications 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers. The contracting authority will respond within (11 days) the eleventh day before the deadline for submitting offers clearly and completely to all requestsverification/additional information. The lists with the quantities of services to be provided are attached to the specifications for each individual lot.
The provision of forestry services will comply with:
- Order no. 2533/2022 for the approval of Technical Norms regarding compositions, schemes and technologiesguidelines for the regeneration of forests and the afforestation of degraded lands and the Good Practice Guide regarding compositions, schemes and technologies for the regeneration of forests and the afforestation of degraded lands published in the Official Monitor, Part I no. 1000 of 14.10.2022,
- Order no. 2534/2022 penfor the approval of the Technical Norms regarding the care and management of arboretums and the Guide to good practices regarding the care and management of arboretums published in the Official Monitor, Part I no. 989 of 12.10.2022
- Order no. 2535/2022 for the approval of the Technical Rules regarding the selection and applicationof the treatments and of the Good Practice Guide regarding the choice and application of the treatments published in the Official Monitor, Part I no. 994 of 13.10.2022.
