Description: The contracting authority organizing the Supply, Management and Repair Base as a centralized procurement unit, will conclude framework agreements for each lot for a period of 48 months, with a single economic operator, and the award of subsequent contracts will be made / carried out by the beneficiary penitentiary units within the National Administration of Penitentiaries, according to the annex attached to the specifications.
Subsequent contracts may be concluded simultaneously with the economic operators who have signed the framework agreement for the goods “motor vehicles intended for the transport of personnel within the ANP”, (lots) won under the framework agreement, as required.
