A. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions,the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is the 20th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
B. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (2) of the Lawno. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline for which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
