- The effective duration of the execution of the works is 24 months from the date mentioned in the Work Commencement Order.
The warranty period granted for the executed works, including the machinery and equipment installed, is a minimum of 36 months from the reception to the completion of the works, after extinguishingof all the objections found by the reception committee, if applicable.
Through this contract, works will be purchased - execution of works whose estimated value is 40,166,717.22 lei without VAT, broken down as follows:
-40,127,741.62 lei ( execution of works)
-38,975.60 lei (site organizationr)
The miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses related to plan position 2019-C/I-3523 Focșani amount to 4,005,460.83 lei without VAT, they are not included in the estimated value and will not be offered.
Clarifications can be requested with 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
Authoritythe contracting party will communicate to all economic operators the answers to the clarification questions received - accompanied by the related questions - taking measures not to reveal the identity of the person who requested the respective clarifications, by publishing them on the website www.e-licitatie.ro - SEAP - within the notice of participation related to this procedure in the "Documentation and clarifications" section.
