- 2019 - I 389 - Design services, technical assistance from the designer and project verification for the real estate investment objective "CONSTRUCTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PAVILION, UTILITY NETWORKS AND ROAD/PEDESTRIAN ACCESS IN CAZARMA 389 BUCHAREST"
The requested services - the activities that will becarried out:
a) Drafting of the Project for the authorization of the execution of the works; of technical assistance from pthe art of the designer, including technical assistance during the procedures for awarding the works execution contract;
f) Project verification by certified project verifiers in accordance with the law;
g) Elaboration of energy performance certificate;
h) Elaboration of physical graphicsc and Gantt-type value;
i) Preparation and support of modifying documentation in order to re-approve and re-approve the technical-economic indicators of the investment, in the event that in the process of developing the technical project or after its development, during the execution of the worksr, the need to change some objects, expenses and/or the value of the investment estimated through the feasibility study / approved general budget is found;
