Design and execution of works for the real estate investment objective 2021-I-1140 - Design and execution of works for the real estate investment objective "New Pavilions Food Block and Laundry, demolition of Pavilion U, modernization of the electricity network in the 1140 Breaza barracks"
Project de real estate investment consists in the realization of the following objects:
• Object 1 Demolition/decommissioning Pavilion "U";
• Object 2 Realization of Food Block Pavilion;
• Object 3 Realization of Laundry/Storage Pavilion;
• Object 4 Connection/ connection to existing utilities, including network expansionspecific;
• Object 5 Arrangement and modernization of the electricity supply network;
• Object 6 Arrangement and modernization of roads and alleys related to the investment;
• Object 7 Exterior arrangements.
1. Design services:
a) Drafting of the Project for execution authorizationPAD abolition works;
b) Drafting of the Project for the authorization of the execution of the PAC works;
c) Elaboration of the technical execution project including the drafting of the landscaping project;
d) Drafting of the project for organizing the execution of the POE works;
e) Technical protection documentationand PSI fire safety;
f) Provision of technical assistance from the designer, during the execution period of the works;
g) Project verification by certified project verifiers in accordance with the law;
h) Elaboration of a Gantt-type physical and value chart ;
