Description:
The purchase of integrated IT equipment in a complete package called "Network traffic balancing solution" - CPV code 30211400-5, used to increase the performance of web applications, increase the degree of security through user authentication and authorization methods andand the high availability of services offered to internal and external clients of the institution. Network traffic balancing components aim to isolate applications according to their degree of privacy and access through the functionality of multiple processing instances.
Facfacilitating the access of SPCLEP users to the SNIEP infrastructure for the retrieval and transmission of biometric data of citizens who opt for the issuance of the CEI.
Secure access to databases, the possibility of differentiating by access categories of data consumers by creating insvirtualized tances as well as providing support for modern API-based applications.
At the same time, the "Network Traffic Balancing Solution" will be used to modernize and develop the CEI project solution by procuring a new technical balancing solution to supportfurther issuing the CEI not only at the level of Cluj county but also at the level of the entire country for a period of at least two years, after which this infrastructure will be reconfigured to facilitate the provision of data to public institutions and legal entities under private law, with which DGEP It has...
