- The purchase of a total number of 29 new 1.5t vans by accessing the Classic RABLA Program, as well as CASCO and RCA insurance services for 1 year, related to them, according to the specifications of the specifications.
The CASCO insurance concluded for the van will grant compensation for avavehicles produced while stationary or in motion, with zero excess, according to the insurance conditions regulated in Romania.
RCA insurance concluded for vans will grant compensation for damages caused to third parties, according to the RCA insurance conditions regulated in Romania.
Any request of clnotifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.elicitatie.ro/pub).
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers is 18 days. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or informationadditional matias on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests addressed by economic operators by the set deadline. (in compliance with art. 173, paragraph 1 of Law no. 99/2016).
