Description: The works necessary to be executed refer to the construction of the new 400 kV DC Gutinaș-Smârdan OHL, its connection to the Gutinaș 400 kV and Smârdan 400 kV end stations and to the extension of the Gutinaș substation.
The investment objective includes:
- construction works for the new 400 kV DC OHL, equipped with a simple circuit, with a total length of about 138 km and 400 kV LES of approximately 2 km;
- construction works for the end cell of the Gutinas station, including SLE 400 kV, approximately 1 km.
The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information in two stages, as follows:
- on the 17th calendar day from the publication of the participation notice and
- on the 11th calendar day before the deadline for submitting bids.
