Description:
Access services to the suite of applications offered by collaboration and productivity platforms, according to the specifications of the specification.
The purchase of "access services to the suite of applications offered by collaboration and productivity platforms" will be carried out by concluding a framework agreement with a durationof 36 months. Within the framework agreement, three subsequent annual contracts will be concluded.
The framework agreement will be signed with a single economic operator.
Any request for clarifications must be sent to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.elicitatie.ro/pub) .
The number of days until which clarification can be requestedand before that date, the limit for submission of offers is 18 days. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting entity will only respond to messagesthe citations for clarifications addressed by the economic operators until the established deadline. (in compliance with art. 173, paragraph 1 of Law no. 99/2016).
