Description:
An Advanced Communications Management Platform will be purchased through which communications will be ensured between all entities in the project (SMSIOT staff, SMSIOT customer staff, authority staff with duties in the field, etc.). More precisely, the data collected and processed from nthe level of the monitored critical infrastructures will constitute the primary data set, on the basis of which a voice and data alert will be sent, via the platform mentioned above, to the public authorities / institutions with attributions in the management of the critical infrastructure from where they were pritransfer the data and / or to national emergency management systems (eg the National Single Emergency Call System 112, Department of Emergency Situations). At the same time, the system will also constitute the communication medium between the personnel who operate the SMSIOT platform and between the personnel whooperate the SMSIOT platform and SMSIOT platform customer staff.
