Description:
The purchase includes all the equipment, software licenses and implementation services (analysis, installation and configuration of equipment and applications) necessary for the operationalization of an integrated IT system that complies with all the required functional and technical requirementsin the specifications as well as the retro-digitization services of the archive of the Teleorman County Council. The integrated system will include both front-office solutions (web portal for electronic services) and back-office solutions (solutions that facilitate the exercise of the competence areas targeted by theproject entity).
The number of days before the deadline for the receipt of the Offers until the Bidders can request clarifications: 19.
