- Framework agreement for the purchase of "catering services for the Turda Municipal Hospital", according to the specifications. The object of the subsequent contracts that will be concluded will be the preparation, preparation and delivery of the daily portion of food (breakfast, lunch and dinner, /-snacks), in a catering systeming for patients admitted to the Turda Municipal Hospital. The number of daily menus differs depending on the number of hospitalized patients. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160-161 of Law 98/2016 withsubsequent changes and additions, the deadline for the contracting authority's response to the clarifications is the 10th day before the deadline for submission of offers. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates is 16 zile.
