Description:
Acquisition of energy audit services, structural technical expertise and the development of DALI (Documentation for approval of intervention works) to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings in the South-Muntenia Region
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority establishes a single deadline for requests for clarifications made by economic operators and to respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information that may be requested during the tender submission periodrtelor.
Considering the possibility of selecting the award procedure in the ex-ante verification program of ANAP, when establishing the deadline, the deadline necessary for the verification of the response proposal by ANAP was taken into account in accordance with the provisions of art. 8 para. (2) of H.G.no. 419/2018: "The contracting authority has the obligation to submit to ANAP the consolidated response proposal formulated to the requests for clarifications/additional information at least 4 days before the deadline or, as the case may be, the response deadlines established by the tender announcementhas/simplified participation/ competition/ concession."
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested: 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
