- The contracting authority aims to acquire the equipment necessary to carry out in optimal conditions the activity of the Community Center for Services for Children with Disabilities. Currently, the Community Center for Services for Children with Disabilities consists of the Day Center for Recovery and Rehabilitation COpium with Disabilities and the Center for Restorative Therapies for Children with Developmental Disorders, providing services for approximately 180 children. In 2008, at the level of Vrancea County, there were 1,468 children with disabilities classified as handicapped, of which 93 had autism. In the year2015 their number increased to 160, of which 225 with autism. In 2016, 1737 children with disabilities were admitted, of which 236 with autism. The last reported number was 1431 children with disabilities classified as disabled, of which 331 with autism.
According to the last surveys carried oute at the level of Vrancea county, the number of children with disabilities is increasing and the spaces where specialized services are offered are insufficient. For this reason, there was a need to develop a complex service, suitable for the needs of children with disabilities, which would meet the existing requirementsnte at the county level.
Order no. 27/2019, provides that Day Centers should be accessible to all children with disabilities, that there should be a continuity of recovery services, the identified solution being that of providing recovery services in the accommodation system for a maximum period of two weeks... - Documents :
