Description:
The purpose of this project is to facilitate access to health services for vulnerable groups in Giurgiu County for the prevention of non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular diseases, diabetes) and infectious diseases (hepatitis, Covid-19, etc.), through the purchase of two mobile caravans (the followingto be fully equipped and equipped, including a doctor's chair) and the improvement of preventive health services in vulnerable communities, including the Roma, by ensuring access to medical assistance during the project implementation period for a target group of 700 people.using this application for managing appointments and the route of caravans, the benefits anticipated by the Contracting Authority are:doctors for the medical caravan routes;
■Effective dissemination of the medical caravan route;
■Dissemination of medical information from the project;
■Management and security of data collected in the software platform;
■Facilitating a decision-making process based on the collected data and usingthe platform/caravan.
