- Provision of preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance services of the SNIV/E-Visa system.
Preventive maintenance services refer to maintenance, configuration and support, which ensure the daily operation of IT systems in optimal parameters, monitoring of connections andand the exchange of data, being required to provide them monthly.
Corrective maintenance services are services for modifying IT systems with the aim of repairing and removing any design, programming or implementation defects or errors that have not appeared since longl the exploitation of the IT system and they could not be identified until the current date, being required to provide them, monthly.r due to legislative changes with an impact on consular activity, its adaptation to new generation electronic equipment, the installation of new versions, etc. By providing evolutionary maintenance services, new functionalities of the SNIV system, imposed by evo, will be implementedhardware and/or software changes, such as the upgrade of operating systems, database management, changes due to legislative changes, optimizations and/or reconfiguration of hardware infrastructure.
