- The object of the contract is the purchase of specific cultural equipment related to the project "ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PANCIU YOUTH CENTER", SMIS CODE 126638, in accordance with the technical specifications in the specifications.
The purchase of equipment consists of the following equipment, organized in lots:
Lot1 Cinema equipment Estimated value: 926,000.00 lei without VAT.
Lot 2 Kitchen equipment Estimated value: 13,050.00 lei without VAT.
Lot 3 Electronic and IT equipment Estimated value: 159,000.00 lei without VAT.
Lot 4 Multifunctional room furniture, Office furnitureand Terrace access stairs - Estimated value: 85,800.00 lei without VAT.
Estimated value without VAT: 1,183,850.00 Currency: RON
The equipment to be purchased, as well as the related quantities, are in accordance with the specifications.
Attention : The term inthat the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information is on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers, insofar as these requests will be addressed within the term provided for in section I of the Fisa of Datee, respectively 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
