Subsequent contracts involve the supply of equipment items (footwear) Summer intervention/tactical shoes (men's/women's); Winter intervention/tactical shoes (men's/women's); Winter intervention boots (men/women); Summer intervention boots (men/women).
REMARKS:Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, signed with the extended electronic signature, only through SEAP, within a period of no more than 7 days before the deadline for submission of offers, according to art. 160 para. 1 and 2 of Law 98/2016.
To the extent that sthe requests for clarifications or additional information were addressed within the previously stipulated term, the Contracting Authority will respond only once, through SICAP, to all requests for clarifications/additional information 5 days before the deadline for submission of offers,according to art. 161 para. 1 and 2 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will not respond to requests addressed through another means of communication or another term than the established one.
