Description:
FRAMEWORK SUPPLY AGREEMENT with several economic operators (with 3 op. econ), without the resumption of the competition, in accordance with the provisions of art. 114, art. 115, paragraph (2), letter b. and art. 118 lit. a , from Law no. 98/2016, and the type of contract proposed under the framework agreement is a subsequent supply contractbuttermilk. The min and max quantities that are the subject of the framework agreement, as well as the min and max quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract are described in section II.2 "LIST OF LOTS". Number of days in which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 12days. The deadline in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information in relation to doc. of award is 7 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The framework agreement(s) will/will be concluded with maximum 3 op. econ ranked in order of price/prices offered/offered. If there are not 3 op econ, the framework agreement will be concluded only with qualified op econ. Duration of the framework agreement: July 2023 - June 30, 2024.
