Description:
The contracting authority intends to purchase domestic and international passenger air transport services between 2023 and 2027, depending on needs and within the allocated budget, the Services will be purchased for the transport of athletes and, as the case may be, car delegationscontracting authorities to participate in the competitions and sports events held throughout the annual competition calendar.
Terms for submission/response to requests for clarifications/additional information:
A. In accordance with Art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016, termthe limit until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 15 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
B. In accordance with Art. 161 para. (2) from Law no. 98/2016 the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers, as long as they are submitted within the specified deadline.
