- FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES
The framework agreement for domestic and international air transport services will be concluded with all economic operators whose offers will be declared admissible.
The duration of the framework agreement is 36 months, respectively:
a) until on 03.10.2026if it is signed by all parties before 03.10.2023, and in this case it takes effect after 03.10.2023, or
b) 36 months from the date of signature by the last party, if this date is later than of 03.10.2023.
The Framework Agreement will establish the general conditions of the purchaseawards of domestic and international air transport services. By resuming the competition between the economic operators signatories of the framework agreement, subsequent contracts for domestic and international passenger air transport services are awarded for the destinations/classes/duration/travel conditionsof the countries established in the stage of the resumption of the competition.
Frequency of the subsequent contracts that will be awarded: usually weekly or whenever the need for internal or external travel arises, up to the incidence of the amount of 9,000,000 lei without VAT.
The forecasted amount of plane tickets whichit is estimated that they will be purchased during the entire framework agreement, it is a minimum of 600 and a maximum of 6,000 plane tickets. For a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement, the anticipated quantity is a minimum of one ticket and a maximum of 20 tickets... - Documents:
