Description:
The object of the purchase is the purchase of AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES ON INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL ROUTES and consists of services provided by legal entities specialized in order for the contracting authority to purchase plane tickets for air transport in the country and abroade and/or depending on the specific needs of the contracting authority for the staff/students/doctoral students of the contracting authority, as well as the members of the doctoral theses support committees and the members of the competition committees, respectively persons nominated by the contract to participate in events (conferences/seminars/committees for public support of doctoral theses or habilitation/committees for didactic contests, etc.) in the country and abroad. The travel of the beneficiaries of the air transport services will be carried out in economy class, with weekendsand no weekend. These journeys are characterized by the fact that it is not possible to determine the exact dates of the journey, neither their number nor the number of participants. In most cases, the issuance of transport tickets is based on the requested reservations, but there are also cases in which,due to unforeseen situations, regardless of the will of the contracting authority, changes will be requested in the initial reservations. The number of seats, the names of the passengers and the travel dates will be precisely specified on the date of the launch of the procedure for resuming the competition.
