Description:
The services that are the subject of this specification are aircraft insurance, persons on board and for civil liability cases as a result of damages caused to third parties following aviation events, as follows:
1. Provision of full CASCO insurance services for 4 aircraft, astfhe:
-1 Sikorsky S-70M Black Hawk helicopter, military registered;
-3 H 135 helicopters, military registered;
2. Provision of insurance services for equipment and goods on board necessary to fulfill the missions.
3. Provision of insurance services to cover damages resulting as followsof personal injury or death.
This type of insurance applies to aircraft crews and the people on board for a maximum number of 40 people in accordance with Annex 1 to the Specifications - Aircraft characteristics. Personal data and exthe experience of pilots from the General Aviation Inspectorate will be made available to insurers signatories of the framework agreement.
4. Provision of aircraft insurance services for civil liability cases, as a result of damages caused to third parties following accidents, incidents or otheraviation events.
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates: 19.
A.C. will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
