- DGASPC Alba contracts assistance and support activities for adults with disabilities, in the community, for a fixed period and based on the assessment and identification of individual needs, in order to overcome difficult situations and prevent institutionalization for a maximum number of 10 adults with disabilities residing within Alba county, within the Assistance and Support Service for adults with disabilities. Assistance and support service for adults with disabilities is located in the community in such a way as to allow beneficiaries access to all its resources and facilities: health, education, work, culture, leisure, social relations. There are access roads near the social service circulated by means of public transport in common. Beneficiaries of the Assistance and Support Service are adults with disabilities, admitted on the basis of the private FSS's own processing. The location for the operation of the Assistance and Support Service for adult persons with disabilities is under the administration of the social service provider, being properly compartmentalized, arranged and equipped, holding operating permits and licenses issued by the competent authorities.
