• Provision of legal assistance and consultancy services for the Project Units 3 and 4 from CNE Cernavoda (the "Project"), based on specific requests of Societățăță EnergoNuclear S.A. ("EN"), formalized by means of work orders (Work Order), depending on the needs
  Services of assistance and legal consultancy for the Project of Units 3 and 4 CNE Cernavoda..
  Legal services - legal assistance and consultancy will be provided based on specific requests made by EN, requests that will refer to, but not limited to:
  A. Legal specialist support (assistant and consulting) in making the Final Investment Decision, which will allow the transition to Stage 3;
  B. Specialized legal support (assistance and consultancy) for EN in all the negotiations that EN will carry out with its commercial partners, for the transition to the FNTP stage of the Project (this will include, without being limited to, legal assistance and consultancy in issues such as the negotiation of the structure, manner and legal form in which the construction of the nuclear units will be completed, aspects related to corporate governance in relation to the Project, the negotiation and conclusion of various contracts, including the arrangements regarding the financing/guarantee of the Project, the arrangements regarding the operation of the future nuclear units, the pre-contracts/contracts/arrangements regarding the sale of the energy produced by the two new nuclear units, etc.);
