Purchase of original, new auto parts and components (mechanical, electrical, bodywork elements, etc.) intended for IRISBUS, RENAULT AGORA LONG, IVECO and SOLARIS trolleybuses and IRISBUS AGORA, RENAULT R312, RENAULT AGORA LONG, IVECO, SOLARIS, SCANIA buses , MAN and MERCEDES.
Technical requirementswhich are defined at the level of the participation announcement, specifications or other complementary documents, by sending the standards, to a specific manufacturer, to brands, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production/method of manufacturing/delivery/execution, will be understood as accompaniedte of the mention "or equivalent"
All requests for clarification regarding the award documentation are sent only through SEAP within the specified term, before the submission of offers (including requests for clarification/modification of the documents / contract contained in the award documentationaward), otherwise, it is considered that the award documentation, in its entirety, has been accepted by all bidders!
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting bids - 10 (ten) days. The contracting entity will send a responsethe consolidated on the 6th (sixth) day before the deadline for submission of offers or punctually.
