Description:
The objective of this contract is the provision of a SEWER VISUALIZATION AUTOLABORATORY, it will be used to carry out the specific activity of inspection, control and monitoring of sewerage networks to detect water infiltrations in sewerage networks, occurring indue to water pipe failures. The investment will contribute to ensuring the continuity and security of services, the digitization of loss detection systems, the rapid detection of water losses in the system, the reduction of water losses. Requirements are presented in the Specificationsthe mandatory minimums necessary for the performance of the contract. In accordance with the provisions of art. 172, paragraph (1) of Law no. 99/2016, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation, with compliance with the deadlineestablished by the contracting entity. The number of days until which economic operators can request clarifications regarding the award documentation before the deadline for submission of offers: 28 days.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 29, paragraph (3) of GD no. 394/2016, the contracting entity willonly respond to clarification requests addressed by economic operators up to the established deadline, namely 28 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
