- The contracting authority acquires the ROMair TCM System, a complex, efficient and robust system that will be useful in the process of identifying optimal ATFCM measures in all their phases, respectively: strategic, pre-tactical, tactical and post-operational, to support the provision of servicesr of air traffic control in the controlled airspace of the FIR Bucharest, with the optimized use of human resources and the ATM system. the services provided that are the main object of the activity; the purchase will be made from a specialized economic operator selected under the law.
Orice economic operator can request clarifications regarding the award documentation as follows:
- with a maximum of 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely, only once, to all requests for clarifications/information saddition on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers;
Clarifications requested after these deadlines will not be taken into account, being considered late.
