Description:
This acquisition aims to expand Romania's capabilities to carry out SST observations from different regions of the globe for a better coverage of all orbital regimes, according to the priorities established within the EUSST Partnership and encouraged by the European Commission. To usat the international level, the development of optical systems for monitoring the LEO orbital regime is pursued for a better estimation of the evaluation of the probability of collision between space objects. The requested products are two identical observation systems with the potential for use outside the territoryand national, for performing astronomical observations on artificial space objects orbiting the Earth.
The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification - on the 11th day before the deadline set by the Participant Noticesimplified ipare for submitting offers. Only requests for clarification addressed by op.ec will be answered. within the previously stated deadline.
