Description:
The object of the contract is the purchase of the retro-digitization services of the documents of the Taxes and Local Taxes Activity of the Municipality of Iași. The computerized archiving service of the documents in the archive of the Contracting Authority represents the process of transposition of the documents, din paper format in digital format (scanning, labeling and indexing) with the unaltered preservation of their content, as well as uploading the respective documents in digital format in a RepoZIP electronic archive application, which can be accessed through a secure channel.
Implementing the serviceui involves:
document retro-digitization services of at least 110,000 existing documents in the PMI archive - the General Directorate of Economic and Local Public Finances, the Activity of Local Taxes and Taxes, respectively scanning, labeling, indexing, as well as uploading the respective documents in digital formatdigitally in an electronic archive application RepoZIP, an application that can be accessed through a secure channel.
The documents existing in the archive of the Taxes and Local Taxes Activity of the Municipality of Iași have the following formats A4 (approximately 90%), a4 (approximately 5%), a3 and larger than a3 (approximatelyasset 5%).
A document can contain several pages with supporting documents (we estimate an average number of 50 pages per document), example:
