Description:
The contracting entity requests the purchase of fuels by filling at the pump, in filling stations, on the basis of a card nominated for each means of transport, which will be transmitted by the contracting entity and identified by the registration number, secured with a PIN code, withoutpay cash at each refueling.
The supplier will check and allow refueling only in the tank of the vehicle for which the fuel card was issued.
The driver will not be able to refuel in containers other than the tank of the vehicle for which the fuel card was issuedsupply.
The tenderer will provide the contracting entity, at no additional cost, for the entire period of the contract, the fuel supply cards. Throughout the course of the contract, the contracting entity will have the possibility of blocking and replacing lost, damaged or fraudulently used cardslos at no additional cost. In no more than 3 hours from the contracting entity's request, the Bidder has the obligation to block/unblock the use of a power card.
The issuance and delivery of the cards will be carried out by the bidder at the contracting entity's headquarters in B-dul Dacia 140, sect.or 2, Bucharest, within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of the firm order given by it.
