The estimated value of the purchase is 1,360,232.50 lei without VAT, estimated value according to the Public Procurement Program related to the projectoops
The delivery period of the product that forms the object of this contract, established by correlation with the designated winning offer, of a maximum of 5 (five) months will also include the reception. i cantender clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 22 (twenty-two) days before the deadline for submission of offers.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications with at least 12 (twelve) daysthem before the deadline for submission of offers, established in the Notice of Participation. Requests for clarifications will be sent in editable format.
The contracting authority will publish in SEAP at the address www.e-licitatie.ro the answers to the requests for clarifications received, without mentioning noto the applicant, in the Section List of clarifications, notifications and decisions.
