- The purchase of crushed stone for the ballasting of the railway lines in the amount of 23,000.00 tons is necessary to complete the track prism in order to ensure the stability of the track without joists and for the periodic repair with integral drilling of the track, in order to maintain the safety of the trarailway ticket, according to the provisions of the specifications.
Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications / additional information in relation to the award documentation until the 22nd day before the deadline for submitting offers.
The contracting entity willrespond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information in relation to the award documentation within the 12th day prior to the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will not respond to clarification requests sent after the established deadline.
Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP, signed with extended electronic signature.
