Description:
Campaign to inform final customers of electricity and natural gas about their rights, including the right to change the energy supplier without additional costs
The whole campaign will be divided into 2 periods, which in turn will include 3 stages, after as follows:
I stage - concept and creation
II stage - production
III stage - broadcasting and promotion
The campaign will take place through the following channels:
a) Audiovisual media:
-broadcasting of video spots on TV stations;
-broadcasting audio spots on radio stations;
-distributing advertorial materials on poronline news stories;
b) Online environment:
-organization of conferences/symposiums with experts/influencers/opinion makers, from the specialized online environment;
-running the Google Ads campaign in the Google Display Network on websites which broadcasts specialized news (related to the energy sectori) and general.
c) Social media:
-distribution of short video spots within social networks;
-promotion of materials related to the campaign on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIN, Twitter).
Any bidder the interested party has the right to request clarification or informationadditional information regarding the award documentation. To the extent that requests for clarification are received at least 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all such requests for clarification...
