The contracting authority reserves the right to modify the contract according to art. 221 of Law 98/2016, provided that these changes do not fall within the provisions of art. 221 para.7 of Law 98/2016, that is, it does not represent a substantial change.
Revision clauses cf. art. 221 para. (1) lit. a) from Law no. 98/2016, which anticipates possible changes that may occur in the development of the contract are the following:

A. In confin accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 18 daysbefore the deadline for submission of offers.
B. In accordance with Art. 161 para. (2) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/informadditional information is at least 10 days before the deadline set for submitting offers.
