- The object of the contract consists in the purchase of CASCO car insurance services for the damages caused to the vehicles owned by the Romanian Auto Registry - R.A., including in the case of damages caused by third parties (unknown perpetrators), purchased from own sources.
Potaccording to the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016 (hereinafter referred to as "Law 98") and art 103 paragraph (1) of the Methodological Norms to Law no. 98/2016, approved by H.G. no. 395/2016 (hereinafter referred to as "Rules"), any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or informationadditional notices in relation to the award documentation, in compliance with a deadline of 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) and of art. 161 para. (1) of "Law 98", as well as of art. 27 para. (2)-(4) and of art. 103 para. (2) din "Rules", the contracting authority will respond in a consolidated, clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
The contracting authority will not respond to a request for clarifications/ inadditional formations, received within 17 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers, the request being considered to have been sent late.
