The object of the contract is the execution of works for the establishment, extension and rehabilitation of some distribution networks, the installation of connections, in UAT Faurei, Jirlau, Mircea Voda, Galbenu, Visani and the establishment and expansion of some networksof sewage in UAT Mircea Voda from Braila county, which are provided by the "Regional project for the development of water infrastructure and waste water from Braila county, in the period 2014 - 2020" in order to achieve the general objective and the specific ones of the POIM assumed by to OR through the Contract ofFinancing.
The estimated duration of the contract is made up of 24 months, the estimated duration for execution, to which is added the guarantee period, which is a minimum of 36 months from the signing of the acceptance report to the completion of the works.
NOTE:
In accordance with the provisions of art. 172, para. (1) of Legea no. 99/2016, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation, in compliance with the deadline established by the contracting entity.
