- The object of the procedure is the purchase of cleaning and maintenance services for the facilities managed by Grădinița no. 1 Măgurele, Ilfov county, according to the attached specifications.
NOTE: According to the provisions of art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016, amended and supplemented by GEO no. 107/2017, the contracting authority establishes 1 term - the limit in which it will ensure a clear and complete response to the requests for clarification/additional information of the bidders as follows: - If the request for clarification/additional information is uploaded to SEAP within the deadline19 days before the deadline for submitting offers according to Section I.1) of the Data Sheet, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers with 10 days
